QueLessly is a digital ordering platform and does not handle food preparation. Refunds are handled based on order status.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled by the vendor before preparation begins.
  • If canceled after preparation, a refund may not be available.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are initiated in cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Failed transaction
  • Vendor is unable to fulfill the order

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days.
