QueLessly is a digital ordering platform and does not handle food preparation. Refunds are handled based on order status.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled by the vendor before preparation begins.
- If canceled after preparation, a refund may not be available.
Refund Conditions
Refunds are initiated in cases such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Failed transaction
- Vendor is unable to fulfill the order
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days.
