Vendor Responsibility
All food is prepared, handled, and served solely by the individual vendors listed on our platform. QueLessly does not control the quality, hygiene, pricing, or accuracy of any food item. Any issues related to food quality, delays, or service must be addressed directly with the vendor.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are expected to verify their order details before making payment. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the vendor’s discretion and are facilitated as per our refund policy.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. QueLessly does not store or handle any card or UPI credentials.
Limitation of Liability
QueLessly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our platform, including food-related issues, payment failures, or order fulfillment disputes.
Legal Compliance
Vendors are responsible for complying with all food safety and business regulations. Customers should report any unlawful or harmful activity directly to the authorities. QueLessly will cooperate fully with such investigations.
